Dropbox does not syncs new word documents created on its folders. All is synced, except the new files.
Only in Catalina.
I will have to roll back to Mojave if I can't find a solution because I cannot afford not to have Dropbox working.
If you edit an old file does the change get sync'd?
You must download the latest stable version of Dropbox from their site and preferably Catalina 10,15.2
