Fake artist Nalien copyright

Hello ... I'm trying to help my friend. he makes the music .. now he released his first spotify song and his song and his artistic name was copied and recorded on Apple music ... released under the name of Nalien ... he copied his song Nalien - Radši sám( feat. Renne Dang) and violated his copyright .. the thief is probably from Russia because he has some Russian songs on his artist account (maybe stolen too) please remove the songs from Apple Music. My friend would like to publish it under his own name and under his own awareness
