Hey. Someone stole mine and uploaded it to itunes. Where can I turn to eliminate copyright infringement?

Good afternoon, I did not know where to turn, therefore I am writing here. Someone stole my songs and uploaded them to itunes and serves them there. I would like to fill out some form and prove that the author is me, and I did not upload these songs to itunes. Help me deal with the machinists who use my music.
