iPhone 11 - Red Bell with Slash through it

I have a Red Bell with a slash through it that seems to prevent me from unmuting my notifications. How do I get rid of this?

Have you tried the mute switch? It's the little slider above the volume buttons.

Flip the switch the other way on the left side of the phone above the volume controls. You have the phone on Silent Mode.
