I can’t download procreate on IOS 12.3.1?

Yes, I know that you need IOS 12 or above but I have IOS 12.3.1 and I am still unable to download the app? One of the main reasons of me getting this iPad was too download and use procreate. Can someone please help?

Hello,

Procreate requires iPadOS 13.2. If your iPad is incapable of running iPadOS 13 then you cannot use Procreate on that iPad.
