Unable to update Apple watch

I have tried all the tips available but I have been unsuccessful in getting it to update.

I have ensured my iPhone is up to date, I have tried shutting the watch down and then the paired iPhone, as well as unpairing. It keeps saying unable to complete due to not being on WiFi. Both the watch and the iPhone are on the same WiFi at home (double checked and removed both and added back with WiFi password).

I keep seeing this advice: On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Usage > Software Update - delete the download...I don’t have a delete button. What now?

Which Apple Watch series is this, and which watchOS is currently loaded?

Is your Apple Watch connected to the local Wi-Fi, outside of any efforts toward updating watchOS?

If there's a download listed in the Watch app on the iPhone, which version is that?

Though I'd not suggest this here yet, erasing and reloading is a last-ditch, prior to a discussion with Apple Support.

Yes, it is the same 6.1.1. I haven’t tried a different WiFi network. I work in home health so I don’t have and office anywhere where I would have access to a different WiFi currently. I even tried to reset the watch and it still didn’t download and still gives the WiFi error.
