Mobile data update failed

Thanks for taking the time to touch base here in Apple Support Communities, adams276. Just to confirm, you’re seeing a message that says "Mobile update failed". Is that right? That’s something you’ll want to have fixed as soon as possible, so I understand why you’re reaching out about this. 

Is the feature completely greyed out in Settings > Cellular?

Do you receive a specific error message when enabling? 

Have you tried restarting the iPhone to see if that helps?

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone 7. I tried restarting, didn’t work. I tried the steps listed, still not working. This is throwing a wrench in everything that I do. Please help
