macbook bluetooth audio connected , but my internal speaker suddenly unmuted

Dear all:


The situation is:


My bluetooth audio device (Headphone) is connected to my macbook and audio output has been changed to headphone also , but sometimes unexpected internal-speaker unmuted is happened , make

noise in my office!


I can't understand why it happen ???

By the way , this situation seems always happened when my Teamviewer is running


Anyone know about it?

Thank you for consulting the Apple Support Communities. I understand that your audio output changes unexpectedly while using a certain application. I can understand how this may be disruptive, so I’m happy to lend a hand.


First, I suggest that you reset your SMC and NVRAM.

If the issue persists, test to see if the issue occurs in another user account: How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac - Apple Support.
