AirPods won’t connect

Why won’t my AirPods connect, all they do is just flash green and when I push the button to connect them all they do is just stay white and don’t connect, someone helps please??!!

AirPods won’t connect I’ve recently purchased AirPods and I can’t seem to get them to connect. I’ve tried to reset them but even that doesn’t work ( it shows a solid white light when holding the setup button for way longer then 15 seconds ) I’ve tried almost anything and everything.
