I recently tried to remove photos to free up space seeming as though i was given the option to restore them up to 30 days, however when i tried i was not successful.....not seeing the photos

Deleted photos go into the Recently Deleted album. Until they are removed from there it doesn't free up any space. If you don't delete them from Recently Deleted then they will remain there for 30 days.

Deleting photos Over the last several months, I have deleting redundant photos and photos of poor quality, spending countless hours on the process. I got rid of about 3000 altogether. Recently I discovered that everything I ever deleted has been restored! What a waste of time! Why did that happen? Can I fix it (quickly)?
