Billed something I didn’t buy

I lost my iPhone months ago and had to get a new one, I received an email that someone used that phone to purchase a game on my account, I don’t know who stole it or how they have my info, I need help so they can not have access to my account information or anything else

Looks like they have access to your Apple ID used for iTunes purchases. Two things to do here-

  1. Change your Apple ID password immediately - Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
  2. If the Apple ID on your lost iPhone is different from your current then delete the old Apple ID by going to and logging in at https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin
  3. See if you can get your refund for the apps that were purchased on your stolen iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
  4. Here is some more information on what to do if you have lost your iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472
