Can Apple TV 4K simultaneously output Dolby Atmos via HDMI (e.g., in Living Room) AND send an AirPlay 2 audio-only signal to another device in another room (e.g., kitchen)?

Can Apple TV 4K simultaneously output Dolby Atmos sound via it's HDMI (e.g., to a TV Surround system) and also send an AirPlay 2 signal to an AirPlay 2 device in another room (e.g., stereo speakers in Kitchen being driven by AirPlay 2 / a 2nd Apple TV4K)?

I am trying to create a setup where I can watch content from my Apple TV 4K in my living room with a Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 setup, and to simultaneously stream the audio (only audio) to my kitchen speakers so that I hear the audio without pausing the movie if going to the kitchen.

I am thinking of buying a 2nd Apple TV 4K (or other device that supports Air Play 2) and then feed that to the amp for the kitchen speakers. [Note, the amp for the kitchen doesn't have HDMI, so I'll be using an audio extractor attached to the Apple TV in the Kitchen.... though I could use an old amp w/ HDMI if helpful]

My concern is that I want to make sure that I'll maintain the Dolby Atmos sound feed from the Apple TV to the Amp in my living room (over HDMI). The sound in the kitchen can be just stereo (and I've already read that the Atmos sound won't be sent via Air Play 2, which is fine with me).

Any advice on how to achieve this setup? / If the setup I'm considering will achieve what I'm looking for?

Thank you!

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 12

Unfortunately for you, it (currently) doesn’t work that way. Video playback has one destination for audio, as far as Apple TV is concerned. Multi-room audio is for audio-only sources, such as music. If you want play audio from a video in two locations, then you’ll need audio equipment that is capable of doing that distribution, as the Apple TV won’t organize it that way.
