Pre-order cancel isn't working.

I pre-ordered an album, but I want to cancel the pre-order. I go to Account, and just click Manage Pre-orders, I push the cancel button and confirm that I want to cancel, but the pre-order shows that it's still there, even if I refresh. Is there away around this, or... ?
