Pre-order cancel isn't working.

I pre-ordered an album, but I want to cancel the pre-order. I go to Account, and just click Manage Pre-orders, I push the cancel button and confirm that I want to cancel, but the pre-order shows that it's still there, even if I refresh. Is there away around this, or... ?

Can't Cancel iCloud subscription I am trying to cancel the wife's subscription to iCloud. When I get to this final window, where I should be able to cancel I tap on the lower bar and ... ... nothing happens. I guess it has something to do with the red left pointing arrow but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Never mind, it worked on my iPad.
