Restrictions for porn sex addiction

My questions is two fold

Is there a way to prevent access to adult sex sites only

Restrict the use of CERTAIN apps, rather than a blanket 17+ apps which I can see in screen time restrictions, like hook up apps but allowing access to other 17+ apps like YouTube etc.

Can this automatically be mirrored for other Apple devices?
