I NEED HELP WITH THE DRAW MASK

Hello co-workers

I've been having trouble with the draw mask tool for a while.

When I'm done, the black part stays on the video and that is not the intention.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong and can anyone help?

thanks in advance

When you add a draw mask, usually the part inside the mask is kept and the outside becomes transparent, so the clip underneath it is visible. Optionally, you can click the "Invert" button, so it... inverts, and only the part of the clip outside the masked area remains visible.

So all you have to do is uncheck the "Invert Mask" box.
