Hello, 2 days ago, I purchased an iPhone XR from an Apple official store, but now I have changed my mind and want to return it to the store. I don't like how the camera shoots. Can you tell me if I can return the phone to the store (it is in excellent condition, the whole set is intact and undamaged) and paying the difference to take 11?

You will need the receipt. If you don't have the original receipt, you can't return it.
But can’t I restore the receipt in the store?
