No.

This device is not supported in Apple's AirPrint, and Canon has released no driver updates for the MP495 since macOS Sierra 10.12 in August and Sept 2017. It is very likely that these are 32-bit drivers and incompatible with Catalina.

Inquire with Canon about their driver strategy for the MP496 device.
