Airpod settings in 13.3 has no volume control option.

I am running iOS 13.3 and when i'm in my Airpod settings there are no options for control of volume.

You have disconnect, forget this device, name, then the section of settings for double-tap on airpod. Double tap gives options for next track, play/pause, siri, previous track, off. No volume options. These are the "regular" airpods.

Only other settings are automatic ear detection and microphone.

Any idea how to have a way to control volume of airpods without having to use the phone buttons?
