Reversing camera
Are you able to flip the camera while filming a video on the iPhone 11? If so, how are you able to do that?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re looking for an option to flip your iPhone camera while recording video.
You would not be able to mirror or flip your video while it is recording. There may be apps available on the App Store which would provide you the functionality to mirror the video, after it is recorded.
