User Library cannot be found in Finder, but is available using terminal. When clicking on the user library in then Go menu I get an error that it is not found, but I can navigate to it from the command line.
Mac mini, macOS 10.15
Open a Finder window, click on your Home folder, click on View in the menubar, click on Show View Options/
A small panel will open, one of the options will be Show Library folder, check/ tick the box.
Does
Finder -> Go -> press Option key
make the User Library visible in the Finder -> Go list?
Thanks for the reply, but that is not an option in Catalina. A simple restart fixed the issue. All is well now. Again thanks.
Yes it can, but anyway restarting should always be the first option before posting.
Yes, but when clicking on it message is folder not found. Fixed with a restart. Should h as be tried that first but machine is a mail server. Thanks for the reply.
