When I delete an email from my iPhone I would like to have it delete from my Mac,Book Air and Windows 10 desktop as well. What steps do I need to do for this to happen. It seems that You Tube tutorials are very outdated.

That is down to the type of email account.
IMAP email accounts will sync by default, and will work the way you want them to without doing anything.
POP3 accounts, do not sync, and there's no way to make them sync. The email will just download to one device and stop being available to other devices connecting to the account after the first one downloads them.
