How do blur background in video

Hello. I have a iphone 11, I am wanting to know when I am doing a video with a person talking to camera how can I blur the background for video. I know how to do for photo but cannot work out how to do for video. If it cannot be done whilst shooting is there an app there will do this, or will I need to do in adobe? Thanks
