Facetime Missing
I changed SIM Card and Facetime disappeared. When I tried restoring my phone it still wasn't appearing even if the phone did not have a SIM card on. Does it have to do with my AppleID? How can I restore it?

If your phone was purchased from a region where FaceTime is banned or restricted, the phone will not have FaceTime while being used outside the Middle East region.
