Poor streaming quality on Apple TV

I have seen other posts so I know that I am not the only one. Streaming movies on Apple TV is problematic at its best. I have read articles and contacted Apple support and they blame my settings or my internet speed. I am no IT guru but what I can say is that I do not have issues with catch up TV, Netflix or YouTube. In fact this evening I rented a movie from Apple TV and had the usual buffering and picture quality issues. Re purchased the same movie from YouTube and bingo, excellent picture quality and no buffering issues. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. OK no need for Apple to fix this as I will just use other streaming providers. Check out YouTube didn’t know that you could stream movies.
