My iPhone 7 is in Zoom mode.

My iPhone 7 is in Zoom mode. I can't open the home page because it doesn't recognize my fingerprint, and I can't put in the passcode because the screen is locked. How do I get rid of the Zoom?

Try triple clicking the home button, and if that does not work, try double-tapping the screen with 3 fingers. One of those should get it out of Zoom mode.

You can try to navigate on the screen by using using 3 fingers to try and drag across the screen to move it. The last step described is to double-tap with 3 fingers and then drag to try and reduce the zoom. After that, I have nothing else to offer, you would need to either contact Apple Support, or make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store for them to examine the device.

Thanks for your suggestions. I did contact Apple support. They gave me the same information about the three-finger double tap. I will probably make an appointment at the Apple store if I can't solve the problem any other way. Thanks again.

I tried both. It just keeps going back to the screen to put in my passcode. The only numbers that show are 2,3,5, and 6. If my passcode used just those numbers, I would not have a problem.
