Apps has select menu on opening

When opening some apps I get a menu of Share/edit/arrange. Can I kill?

You may be leaving your finger on the app (to be opened) for too long. Simply tap on the app that you want open, lightly and quickly. That should avoid opening of the long press menu that you are seeing.
