when i connect my phone to my computer all my folders shows on the screen (123APPLE, 124APPLE, 125APPLE....). I can transfer about half of my pictures and videos and then a message turns up "unable to reach the device". i have tried to restart my phone several times and connect and reconnect the cable to the computer but it will not work anyway. can someone please help me?

I have gone though all those steps but it doesn’t work. The connection between my phone and computer works for a while and then the message turn up and it’s impossible to move any more pictures.

No that’s not the reason! ICloud is not unknown for me, I have used it before and it’s not working for me.
