iPhone Xs stuck in a loop that starts with the apple logo and turns off again.

Hello, I am having problems with m iphone xs because it once shut down just while using it normally and since I tried to turn it on again, its been stuck in a loop that starts with the apple logo and turns off again. I tried restarting it but didnt work. Its been like that a whole day, including the night.
