I am constantly needing to paste in the same three words in an app in a browser. Without using Command C, Command V, How can I paste in a series of three words?

I am creating many posts that are being constructed from various places using copy and paste. This information is highly variable. But in each post there are the same three words at the bottom. I would like to be able to use a key combination, or a hot key or keyboard shortcut to insert these three words.
