Hello, what are my options in getting WiFi on the road for business? I didn’t know that my new air isn’t cellular capable. I’m not happy about that but do I have a way to add it ?

Unfortunately, there's no way to do so if you purchased a Wi-Fi only model. If you have an iPhone with a plan that allows hotspot usage, you can do it that way.

You can easily join a WiFi network on the road in (for instance) hotels, restaurants, and many other public places. Simply go to Settings and see what networks are available - most places offer it.
Be aware though that those are not all 100% safe, so I would be careful accessing your banks, etc. But it'll be fine for email, and general online surfing. You cannot make calls with an iPad though (without an iPhone).
