i wanted to get all my apps and photos on my new iPhone how do I do so ?

apps and data transfer hi, just bought an iphone 12 and was very pleased to see that all my data and apps. pics, etc. was automatically transfered from my old 8 to my new 12. Question; if i bought a new ipad would all my existing ipad apps, data, pics, etc. be automatically trandeferred from my existing ipad to a newly purchased / upgraded ipad. regards graham
