I am getting eye strain and headache every time I look at my new iPhone 11 Pro screen

I am getting eye strain and headache every time I look at my new iPhone 11 Pro screen. I never had headache issue or migraine issue. From the beginning I wasn't sure, but then I don't know what to do, or who should I speak to. Then yesterday I googled and found that I am not the only one. There are so many other people are having same issue. I have been using apple products for years, never had any issue. I traded in my iPhone 6s to iPhone 11 Pro especially for cameras, but I am now extremely disappointed that my brand new super expensive midnight green iPhone 11 Pro 256 GB is giving me bad headache, eye strain. Please help me.... I am so sad, so upset ..I don't want to die because of using pricey apple product.
