Lookup/translate Word in Music Lyrics.

I want to be able to select a word in foreign language lyrics for translation as I do in safari. This doesn’t currently seem to be possible. Has anyone found a way to do it? I’m not interested in translating the whole song, just a word or two in the song I don’t already know. To Apple - why the heck not? There is no better way to expand your foreign language vocabulary than music. Please do the world a favor and add this.
