I’ve been enjoying Dolby Atmos content on my setup with Apple TV 4K + Samsung soundbar. Until suddenly today, no sound. Not a beep. Not on iTunes nor Netflix. Titles without Atmos support sound fine. Disabling Atmos also helps, but the only reason I purchased the Apple TV was for Atmos support. Booting the setup didn’t help. Not sure if some automatic OS update was installed. Any advice?

Actually. Even though this seemed unlikely, I pulled out all the cables from Samjunk soundbar and now Atmos works. Should have known where the fault lies...

Restart the Apple TV to see if that helps. Also check your HDMI cable(s) and ensure they are firmly secured on both ends.
I tried that. Today I even tried pulling off both the power and HDMI cables. Still no sound. On iTunes titles that support multiple audio tracks, the ones without Dolby Atmos work flawlessly.
