Hello TualatinChris,
Thanks for reaching back out and providing those details. I want to make sure all steps in the article have been completed. You stated this is not due to your service. So, let's look into other possibilities.
Let's start with resetting your network settings. The steps are below:
- Reset your network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase all current saved settings, including Wi-Fi passwords, preferred networks, and VPN settings.
- Try to make or receive calls in another location.
- Switch to a different network band. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable LTE and turn off Enable LTE, 4G, or 3G (this option will depend on your carrier and device model).
If resetting your network settings doesn't do the trick, let's restore your iPhone and set up as new. Before doing so, you should create a backup of your device. You want to make sure you are doing the restore in iTunes. Then, test the issue again before restoring your backup. This will help us isolate. When you restore your device to factory settings, it does erase all data from your device and installs a clean version of the iOS.
