Was told I should have got Apple TV free for a year as I brought a new phone

Was told I should have got Apple TV free for a year as I brought a new phone I went into the Apple shop at Bluewater where I brought the phone from and was told I have to get onto you as they can not do anything, I got a pro 11 max it cost a lot of money can you please help thank you
