Touch Bar control strip on MacBook Pro 2018 13" has gone

I want to restore my Touch Bar control strip on MacBook Pro mid 2018 13". I tried several ways to do it myself but non has worked out for me. Any ideas?

How to increase contrast/readability of the Music App controls? Hello, Can anyone help me find a way to increase the contrast and/or size in the Music app (version 1.2.0.273) on my Macbook Air (OS 12)? For example the progress bar is so small and light grey with such limited contrast I couldn't even see it at first! The rest of the controls are also too light.
