What are you Trying the Change the Font Size of?:

Of the Printer Screen:

Is it the text on the touch screen of the Printer? If so, contact the manufacturer. They would know if that is an open and how to go about setting it up. Use the “Contact Us” link, usually located at the bottom of the Manufacturer’s Home Page.
