Language

I can't log in to Apple as the security questions come up in a different language (looks like Thai). Any emails sent to me are also in the same language. I have changed the language to English (Aust) but that hasn't made any difference. Regards Tracie

You've changed the language on the account via http://appleid.apple.com ? If you have and it didn't help, or if you can't do so, see if Support can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
