Unable to get rid of spam subscription. Only shows on iPhone calendar and does not not appear on iCloud website. Any idea on how to get rid of this?

Go to Settings-->>Passwords & Accounts and under Accounts see if the rogue calendar is listed. If it is then tap on it and then Delete account.

Yes you will be fine.

This calendar scam is more of an advertising scam where everyday at certain times (Very Frequently) events pop up on your iPhone leading the user to think that it is an official notification. The scammers' goal is to have the user click on a link in one of those rogue ads and then take the user to a fake website. This one appears to be more of a nuisance and spam than anything else.
