Apple security - malware detected, is this legit?

Hi,

I was browsing on a website then when I clicked the menu option, this webpage popped up (per the screenshot below)

Is this legitimate warning from apple? I clicked “ok”, but have not clicked on “download and install”.

Is my phone compromised now that I have clicked “ok”?

Also, how do I get rid of this and make sure that my phone is still protected?

Thanks for your help!

This is Phishing. DO NOT click on it and share any info

iPhones cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware by merely clicking on a link in Safari, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your iPhone or/and have Jail Broken.
