gantt chart

Hi, I have been trying to figure out how to make a Gantt chart for ages, as follows:

Chart Heading: Time At Address

X Axis: Years, say 2000, ending in 2019, yearly increments.

Y Axis: Names

I need to plot how long say 3 names are registered at an address. Start year and year duration/or End Year.

So for example, John is there 2000-2005, Stan is there 2002-2011, Emily there 2001-2019.

To appear as a horizontal bar chart.

I'm fairly incompetent at charts.It is is to go into a report as a visualisation so it needs to look sharp and modern.
