Data transfer

I have been trying to transfer data from old iPhone to the new iPhone, but each time I try it says connection lost. I have tried numerous times since last time without success.

How do i resolve it?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

How are you attempting to transfer? If you are trying to use Quick Start, you may need to create a backup of the old phone and then restore the new phone to the backup of the old one if Quick Start is not working. See this, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

What kind of computer OS are you using? If the information in the support document that I linked was not enough, you can contact Apple Support. With a new iPhone, you get 90 days of complimentary telephone support.
