iOS 13 Bluetooth Connectivity issue

After upgrading my iPhone SE from iOS 12 to iOS 13.3, my bluetooth will no longer connect to my 2016 Miata. It was working fine previously. I have tried all of the suggestions on the internet including rebooting iPhone, turning off both Miata and iPhone , etc.
