Ticking in Beats Studio 3 Wireless

Hello, I currently have a pair of Beats Studio 3 Wireless headphones. I recently noticed that when I connected them to Bluetooth on any device, a ticking sound is present. (It sounds like the beginning of a rollercoaster when it is going up the ramp, except much fainter.)

Sometimes the sound is on and off but most of the time it is there. I've tried restarting them, reconnecting them, draining the battery then recharging, and connecting to different devices. What else can I do? Does anyone have this problem too?
