Iphone X Folio Case [unfit for the name]

Hey Support,

I recently bought the Apple Folio Case for my iPhone X but it has such weird issues that it does not

have any benefits of having a Folio Case other than a wallet .

1.   First of all it doesn't have a speaker hole which makes me keep the folio open while talking.

2.   If by mistake I close the folio while talking it disconnects the call

so dear Apple please release a update to change the setting or something so that the call doesn't

get disconnected.

I paid $50 + taxes for such a piece of leather which is not fulfilling the meaning of its name. :(

and 10$ Flip Cover in the Local Market is way better
