factory defect

hi i bought an iphone 11 and had a factory defect. it was still under warranty and i asked if i could have it exchanged for a new one. but i got denied and suggested to return the phone and have it repaired. what do i do?????

they have not repaired my phone because of unauthorised modification i purchased on 9th feb 2021 (iphone 12 pro 256 gb) issues with , my phone started within a month of purchase like frequent restarts, inaudible voice while on call, heating up etc, finally apple authorised seller sent my iphone for repairs at bangalore but the response was negative as they said they have't repaired because of unauthorised modification.

iPhone 12’pro max defective I have a 1 year warranty with my iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I received the phone there was a small defect on the back of it the small defect turned into a crack which now turned into a bunch of cracks. How do I get a replacement under my 1 year warranty?
