(base)Command line of the terminal

How can I understand that a word-(base)- is starting word of the command line.....

Does it stops the compilation or processing in the programming????

Can I take (base) out And start the terminal as the new one( like how I got at first in after purchasing Mac ) ????

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.13

Try This:

A. Create Default Terminal Shells:

Every time you start a new window in Terminal, it will open with that shell.

Go Here: Change the default shell in Terminal on Mac - Apple Support

B. Change the Terminal Shell to Default:

The Default is how it came with your Mac.

Go Here: Change General Preferences in Terminal on Mac

If you upgraded to Catalina the default shell is now recommended as zsh.

YOu can modify the prompt or you can go back to Bash.

ex. modified zsh prompt:

Use zsh as the default shell on your Mac

To see all available shell options on your mac, copy and paste:

 cat /etc/shells

To change shells, for ex. bash:

chsh -s /bin/bash

If you would like to give an example what you are talking about, it would actually help. If it is an example on a webpage, maybe just a screenshot of the example, then tell us which part you are indicating is 'base'.
