Indeed Tom, but:
(a) maybe not, and are their other possibilities? and
(b) perhaps a blast with air fix it perhaps: we live in a very dusty place.
The strange thing is that it isn't random keys, which I would expect from dust, but a consecutive string of first row keys from Q to O.
"Works with an external keyboard" is a good indication that the internal one may be damaged and need repair.
