catalina won't find usb-c hub with my mouse and external hard drive

I upgrade to catalina on software. Since doing it 20 minutes ago, my hub, (which links my external hard drive and wireless mouse) isn't working now. HELP.... I need the files to complete work!

OS Ventura Spotlight show files with finder Icon and don't open its I'm using a new Mac book air M2 with Ventura. I transferred my previous mac book pro. I have a problem on my Appstore account from which they disappeared after re-installing my computer from zero. The Apple Support can't help me with restoring them as i'm on a mid-2012 MacBook Pro. They told me i should find the official install package to have them back on my account. But the last version available on the Appstore for download is the v12, not compatible with Catalina. Generically you can Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
